Are you thinking of going RV boondocking? Boondocking can be one of the best adventures that you will have. However, it can be difficult at times to find a place to park your RV. What's the solution to this problem? Enter in http://www.boondockerswelcome.com, a website and really a community of RV lovers across the United States and Canada who have opened up their property and home to those who need to park their unit for a night or two.
I recently Emailed Marianne Edwards, the owner of the site and she graciously consented to writing a guest blog piece for Florida Outdoors RV Center Blog. As you may know, we not only want to sell RVs to our community, but we want to provide them with community and education to keep them on the road. We realize that there are hundreds and hundreds of resources on the web, and it is our goal to bring you some of the resources. Marianne's article can be found at our RV Blog.
Basically, her website had brought in hundreds of RVers or RV lovers across the country to donate their land for people to boondock for a night or even a couple. We think this is a great idea. After all, the RV community is about sharing and being selfless. At least that's what we feel about it!
So the next time you are going RV boondocking, don't hesitate to check out Boondockers Welcome.com.
